Do you need a Starter Kit for all Nitro RC cars?

yes, you need a electric starter thing with a battery hooked up to it for 30 minutes and take it out and put it in and pull start it or have it plugged in with the battery and plug it in and pull start it.

Pull start ones no. Though with every nitro car you will need a glow start.
To be honest though, you will probably have use for everything that comes in a starter kit. I didn't buy one, and i have ended up buying pretty much all of it individually.
If you meant a starter box, again, no you don't need one if you have a pull start, but they do make starting a lot easier. I am no fan of pull starts.
