what is better eletric or nitro rc cars?

I'm looking to buy a rc car but my problem is i dont know which one to get! So i know that nitro is gas and eletric you have to charge but which one goes faster? which one is easiest to run? how long will it take the eletric to charge? and would a nitro/gas be worth all the money?

Nitro is where its at! Doesn't take that much fuel where it would harm the environment more than an actual car, i mean look at the size of it. - this site has great parts to put them together http://www.microfasteners.com - nitro's are more expensive though and harder to put together but once its running they are super fun
